I love finding (and for that matter…sharing) recipes online. Although my diet restricts me on what and how much I can eat, that sure hasn’t stopped me from “window shopping” or keeping my taste buds from dreaming of “food fantasies”.
For all you pickle fans out there, here’s a great little dip recipe to try! Yum! Great for a gathering of friends or lounging on the couch watching football! Let me know what you think.
Dill Pickle Dip Recipe
Total Time: 5 minutes
5 min prep / 0 min cook / 60 min chill
Servings: 8 Units US
- 8 ounces light cream cheese
- 2 dill pickles, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons pickle juice (or more)
- 1 dash salt
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
Mix all ingredients well,and chill for one hour to allow all flavors to blend. This dip is phenomenal with Ruffles chips!
