It’s summer time!!! Nothing like the smell of grilled meat, chicken, vegetables, and much more! While gas grills are extremely convenient, I still enjoy traditional wood / charcoal grills. Yeah, it takes longer to prepare and it’s more difficult to manage the cooking temperature…there’s still something about the taste (not to mention having a cold drink or two while the grill warms up) that still seems more satisfying.
For those of you DIY’ers (Do It Yourself) who might be interested in building your own custom brick BBQs, here’s a couple of ideas to get you started.
I managed to come across this DIY Barbeque Table (which is a more advanced DIY project) which I was really fascinated with. I don’t know if anyone out there has tried this yet but I would be interested to hear more about it.
